15 minute Introduction Meeting

• Tell us your business type
• Tell us the type of nonprofit you desire
• We will ask questions related to your desires.
• We will share the scope of services.
• Schedule Phase 1 Meeting with $25.00 retainer due within 24 hours non refundable

Phase 1 Meetings

• One (1) hour meetings at $200.00 each due 24 hours up to same day of meetings.
• Preparing documents that the IRS will require.
• There will be multiple meetings to reach the goal.
• Various templates available a la carte $20.00 to $40.00 each.

Phase 2 Meeting - Time to Apply!

• Consists of one (1) hour session to complete the 501c3 for submission.
• $100.00 service fee due
• Bring your laptop 
• We will go through the online application together.
• Prepare to pay the IRS fees online which are separate from our fees.

BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

• Require 48 hours notice
• $25.00 appointment retainer fee (non-refundable)
• $25.00 late fee if client arrives 10 minutes after the schedule time (due upon arrival)
• Cancellation less than 48 hours will require a $25.00 faith booking fee to reschedule. Non-refundable.

The Horton Initiative can help you resolve disputes by providing mediation services as a neutral third party. We have training through the Ohio Supreme Court in various types of mediation and can be there for the mutual agreement that you can share at court hearings if desired.

What is a 3rd Party Neutral?

A third-party neutral is a person, such as a mediator or evaluator, who assists the parties, represented in the resolution of a dispute.

Benefits of ADR Mediation

• Beneficial in allowing each party to have a voice.
• Maintains the focus on the top issues to discuss.
• Promotes working towards a mutual agreement in a timely manner.
• Provides each party with a signed and notarized mutual agreement to present in court.
• Allows each party to have control over the outcome instead of reliance on the judicial court.

Restrictions for ADR Services

• A record of domestic violence, sexual assault, child endangerment or any other charge in this area.
• Holding a felony charge
• Living in another state

Scheduling Requirements

• Each party pays $50.00 per session (45 minutes)
• Minimum (2) Sessions

ADR non-refundable retainer due 48 hours prior to appointment $50.00 ($25.00 per person)

• A signed confidentiality agreement must be on file at the appointment..

• Cancellations less than 48 hours will have a $25.00 fee per person to be paid before an appointment is rescheduled.

Short & Sweet Package

• 10 minute ceremony, bride & groom
• Book 7 days in advance
• $25.00 Hold the Date retainer non-refundable

To the Moon & Back Package

• Small to Large Weddings
• Location: Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky & Michigan
• Vow and Ceremony Script services included
• Wedding rehearsal the day before the wedding
• $100.00 Hold the Date retainer, non-refundable if cancelled 15 days after booking.
• $400.00 balance  due 7 days before the wedding.
• Hotel Accommodations near wedding site due 7 days before the wedding (4-5 star rating)

Destination of a Lifetime Package

• Small to Large Wedding
• Location: Remaining 51 states in the USA
• $300.00 Hold the Date retainer, non-refundable if cancelled 15 days after booking.
• $700.00 balance due 14 days before the wedding.
